ENCON was established in El Paso in 1989 as an
Environmental Engineering Company. ENCON has
grown technically and geographically to incorporate a
diversity that includes many professional disciplines.

ENCON has provided Environmental Consulting,
Construction Materials Testing, and Geotechnical
Engineering Services to public, and private clients for
over twenty years. In addition, ENCON also provides
technical Training Classes and Construction Support
services. We have provided these services in twenty
states throughout the country. Our growing reputation,
based on a commitment to quality services, has been the
key to our success.
