ENCON was established in El Paso in 1989 as an Environmental Engineering Company. ENCON has grown technically and geographically to incorporate a diversity that includes many professional disciplines.

ENCON has provided Environmental Consulting, Construction Materials Testing, and Technical Facilities Support Services to public, and private clients for over thirty years. In addition, ENCON also provides technical Training Classes and Construction Support services. We have provided these services in twenty states throughout the country.
